Detroit Mercy

Isn't it gonna be great watching IU North* next year? I guarantee the Horizon League didn't see this coming at the end of last season. They have a pretty good, pretty young coach; they have quite a spectacular class coming in (ex-IU's Keeling, Holman, maybe Crawford, as well as a huge 7-3 dude that played at K-State)... Won't it be fun to finally watch IU play in-state Butler? Oh wait.

*I don't know who thought of that. Not me. Very clever.

Wow, I didn't realize that Keeling went to Detroit Mercy when he transferred. I was disappointed when he left, I thought that he had pretty good potential when he was here at IU.

I think Crawford will go there too because it's close to home and he has a good relationship with McCallum, and if he does, that will be a VERY nice incoming class for them. I'd love to see them start giving Butler a run for their money.

Yes, Crawford's going to be a star for them if he goes there. He could have been great for us too, it's a damn shame.

I'm not sure I would go that far. Crawford did well alongside Gordon and Bassett, I'm not sure how he would do as a team's primary option. I think he still has a lot to learn.

It really is IU North! They've basically got our whole starting lineup. Whose next, Armon?

I haven't heard anything about Armon lately. Is he even planning on transferring elsewhere?

If Crawford goes there could they be good enough to possibly compete for an NCAA berth? I have to say I'd be pretty happy for McCallum.

Armon is a stud scorer and ball handler, he could play big minutes for almost any program in the country. Where he goes, though, I don't know.

No matter where these guys go I hope they get their heads on straight and go to class. Hopefully they learned a lesson from the mess they left at IU.

Why did Keeling leave? Did he want more playing time or was he having issues with the coaching staff or academics or what?
