Final Score Update- Hoosiers lose to Chippewas 37-34

21-21. Halftime.
In the first half, the Hoosiers came out fully loaded. Not one. Not two, but three quarterbacks in the rotation for today.
Kellen Lewis was back to his old self, running around defenders. Ben Chappell was in form as usual. It was the third guy who suprised myself along with everyone else in the stadium. Mitchell Evans, a receiver turned quarterback, took two snaps. One for a short gain and another for a touchdown run.
The Hoosiers offense looked great in the first half, but that wasnt the problem. The Defense was shotty to say the least.
On first down and second down, the Hoosiers D looked great. It was third down that became the problem. CMU was 7 for 10 on third down conversions. The Chippewas threw for 248 yards in the first half to the Hoosiers 98.
In the running game, Marcus Thigpen has two touchdowns on 3 rushes for 102 yards.
In the second half, the Hoosiers need to buckle down late in the series and get some third down stops.
