If caught by cops in bars...

Hey just wondering, I have a decent fake that has worked pretty much everywhere, but what usually happens during these bar "raids?" Obviously i'm not going to give a cop a fake id, so what happens when you get caught underage in the bars? Ticket? Jail time?

hey man,

with my experience (ive never been caught), it seems there are two (2) variables

1) your gender
2) who catches you

the fake id business is a felony...so you *could* land in some deep waters. if excise catches you, they call the police. i would bet that, if you tried, you could land yourself one night's stay in jail.

had a friend (female) who was caught by excise in one of these raid shenanagans, and they took her id, but she bolted before the popos got there...so she was out a fake id, and that's it. i suppose thats really all you need to do!
