Kilroy's Patio on Kirkwood

what are the rules regarding drinking outside? ive only been to kirkwood a few times this year, but heard a rumor from one of my friends that you *could* get an excise ticket for having a drink outside? would that apply to the patio??

Dude, seriously? People drink/smoke out there all the time. The rules in fdifferent Indiana cities are different for smoking, but you're allowed to drink outside if it's in an enclosed area connected to the bar and secured by bouncers (which Kilroys is)

Perhaps if your falling on the ground or causing trouble. Otherwise don't worry so much. Unless you're under 21, then you may need to be a little more careful.

the kilroy's patio gets WILD durin the summer

anytime after 11, there's always someone spewin their brains out all over the car parked directly in front of the patio hahahaha

the bouncers don't care, but inevitably, some jerk picks a fight with whoever's spewing, and it always turns out the same way: the bouncer about clocks both of em lol

If you're not totally wasted and decide to grab a bite to eat on the patio during happy hour, be prepared to fend off the swarms of flies around the dried up beer and puke that coat the ground from the night before. Pretty unappetizing, but hey...the food's cheap! And not too bad...
